Great store with plenty of kitchen items to choose from including knives, cookware, flatware, and my personal favorite, Staub enameled cast iron! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Sean helped me and answered all my questions. He even helped me out to my car with my purchase. Great customer service, I highly recommend! Oh, and they sharpen knives too.

I waited a year to buy the Demeyere Industry 5 cookware set, since I couldn't find a better sale than the Black Friday deal at 40% off. What I didn't account for was the crazy number of shoppers on Black Friday at the Outlet! I nevertheless had the best possible shopping experience due to the wonderful help of Nicki W. She had set aside the cookware set for me when I called ahead, rang it up and even loaded the 10-piece set on the store trolley cart and rolled it outside to meet my husband and load it into our car. I am so grateful for the help she gave me. What could have been a nightmare turned into a genuinely joyful shopping experience.

What a great store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have purchased Zwilling knives for years, but I had no idea that they had so many other wonderful things. I will make sure that I stop in when I’m at the Castle Rock Outlets.

The service at this Zwilling store is phenomenal. I walked in and picked up a pot to look at the bottom to see the size not realizing it was one of the demonstration pots full of a liquid. The entire thing spilled. The store manager Luanna was so gracious and kind. She walked over with paper towels and told me not to worry about it. Furthermore, the item I was looking for wasn’t available so Luanna helped order it for me. Needless to say we’ll be back here for any future kitchen needs.

Overall, an outstanding experience and mahalo nui to Luanna!
