Best experience I have ever had with a meat processor.
The place is pristine, the guys there are fast and do a very professional job, and all of the activities are monitored by the on-site USDA agent.
The meat came out professionally packaged and absolutely beautiful.
All of the meat is grass-fed and organic, and they work with all the religious groups in the area when desired to provide kosher or halal meat that’s done properly.

We will definitely be back for larger orders at a later time.

I had used this place for years and our last experience was horrible. My dad took 2 grain feed steers and didn't receive all our products. hamburger was so course couldn't make burgers plus an undisclosed amount of meat was missing. Called several times and couldn't reach anyone. Not sure what's going on but too many issues won't use this place anymore.

Terrible, very unprofessional. We were supposed to receive a call after dropping our animals off but never did. Took 5 unanswered call and the threat to come an take our animals away before the owner called back and then the processing had already been completed and it was terrible.
