In terms of vibes, ambience, and location this has to be one of my favorite brunch spots in all of Los Angeles. I have had better food at other breakfast spots but the scenery here is hard to beat and we honestly had a wonderful Sunday brunch. There are three locations scattered around RPV, this being the most northern and prettiest location. It is located in the back corner of a shopping center tucked away in its own spot underneath a giant tree. They do have indoor seating, but most people choose to sit outside under the tree and in the sun, which is what we did and it was a wonderful experience. You order at the counter inside and then they give you a number and then bring the food to you, it’s not a full-service restaurant. Parking is plentiful because they have a large free parking lot attached that is never full.

They have a lot of great drinks, pastries, and breakfast items. The portion sizes here are not very large compared to other breakfast spots around town, especially the diners, but they have great flavors and fair pricing. The staff was very polite and all of our items arrived quickly. For this most recent visit I ordered the Eggs Benedict with ham which I thought was good, although the eggs were overdone so they weren’t runny at all. Also the side salad was very small and lacked any real flavor. We also ordered a bunch of different pastries and honestly, each one was great. My favorite was probably the strawberry and cheese.

Overall one of the best scenery brunch places you can go to in LA and would be a great place to bring someone visiting town. I would recommend and I plan to be back in the near future.

there was a peaceful quiet here that i don’t think i’ve experienced since i was in my mother’s womb… anyways the food was incredible and came out literally within 5 minutes, my honey vanilla latte was probably the best i’ve had in years, and the cannoli was just the cherry on top. this place feels like a little slice of italy planted in southern california, just with a much nicer staff. 10/10 will come here again.

The wait staff here are super friendly and professional. My order came out in less than 10 minutes. The patio feels like an oasis. We even got to see a peacock.

This place has authentic Italian cuisine and good dessert specials. Place felt antique and classic at same time. Parking was ample and service was friendly. Recommend this place to anyone who love Italian with an antique touch. Prices felt standard for the quality we get.

Must go, this place is a little slice of France, wrapped in yellow sunshine. Food was so delicious, serving size was large so you will leave full and very satisfied the French bread fill almost half the plate. The wait staff was very nice. Food was delivered fast to the table. We ate outside in the front but there is lots of places to eat including a banquet room and an area out back. If you want quick sit down meal, and your in the area this is a must. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Excellent spot for breakfast! It has a beautiful interior and a lovely outdoor tented seating area—fresh and tasty food. The Iced Rasberry Matcha was amazing. Friendly, quick service.

Beautiful place to have a girls day out! I love the service & the decor. The lady behind the cashier is super nice. I love & recommend this place! The matcha was good. Bought a cupcake and it was great!
