I have been buying imported Spanish foods from Hot Paella/Yaya Imports for 10+ years. Their prices and customer service are the BEST. There are other options to buy imported Spanish, preserved foods in the Bay Area, but Hot Paella has the best prices. I live in the Bay Area and love that I can place an order on-line and pick it up at their Pleasanton office, avoiding shipping. What I like most, though, is how the folks at Hot Paella treat me as a customer. I'm sure they get orders from all over and especially restaurants - who they make way more money off of than me. However, I've always been treated warmly and promptly when I pick up my order. They've also provided extra customer service touches. I love this place and hope they have continued success for decades. This is a Bay Area Gem!!!
