I finally decided to give this a shot. I was beyond surprised at how good the food was. The staff is very helpful and personable. I love the Greek wrap and hummus! It was delicious. This has made healthy eating so much cheaper for me and very easy. With this program I actually SAVE money . I spend more at the grocery store each week for meal prep day and hours making the good not to mention the dishes! It not I my saves me money but it saves me time. I lost 4 pounds in just one week on this plan. I know this plan will help me reach my weight loss goals. Best of luck to everyone !

An awesome place to cater from and have personalized meals ready to go for $60 a 5 day-week, 3 meals each day there is food for every taste. Chef Pat is an amazing all-out down to earth guy who will sit down and explain the benefits of certain foods. Parking lot will be expanded within a year so expect this place to be a local spot for great and healthy food.

Unfortunately, I have to say I am extremely unimpressed. I tried this out because my dad started doing it. The first week had amazing food. The following week was ok and the third week was awful. Almost all of my meals got thrown away because they smelled sour. (Guess thats their trick to losing weight, just throw it out instead of eating it) I called to cancel my following order and when the girl asked why I explained it to her. Of course she had every excuse in the book. "Your fridge must not be cold enough" or "You're supposed to be eating this meals for the 5 consecutive days after you pick them up" to which i replied "my fridge is actually colder than it should be because I thought maybe it was my fridge, we asked if we did pick up on Thursday if we could do cheat day Saturday cook Sunday and resume on Monday to which you responded yes, and it says under FAQs on your website the food should stay good for at least 7 days in your fridge" Then she tried to hit me with the "well there are no preservatives so it doesn't last that long" Okay, that is all fine and well, but how do you explain my food for the day after my pick up being sour right away? They were nice enough to not charge me for that weeks meals and I decided to give it one more try. Well wouldn't you know it, sour food AGAIN! I understand this is $4.40 per meal but if you cannot provide you customers with quality food consistently then maybe you should purchase better quality food and raise your prices. Now that I fully understand how this diet operates I meal prep for myself and my dad.

The food is very delicious, filling, and you don't feel like a slug after you eat it. Chef Pat and his staff are quick, courteous, and always willing to answer any questions. Considering the price and the product, it's a no brainer for anyone who is single and wants to both eat/live healthier and keep a consistent budget for meals.

Hands down the best in terms of value. Most important food is actually healthy. They will tailor meal portions to your needs. Ive tried all the local meal programs. This is the real deal.

Terrible 2nd rate food - not fresh.Pictures are 2 days after delivery.
Food looks like leftovers from weekend catering prior weekend.
Meat smelled and frank mold on vegetables. No response when I sent them these pictures, no apology and of course no refund offered.
Erie County Health dept probably needs to do an inspection.

I went to Chef Pat about two months ago. I have lost 26lbs of body fat. I am almost to my original goal weight. I will have tune me up a bit more but he has delivered what he has promised!

Meat and vegetables were rank and disgusting after 3 days. This may be leftover catering food they are tossing in these containers. You get what you pay for.
