Good place to download my appointment was at 6 a.m., they gave me the door at 5:45 and at 6:20 it was already empty.

Terribly unprofessionally run warehouse. Arrived and was allowed to dock 1h45min prior appointment time with words "We're gonna get you out of here earlier". But the unloading started 1h30 min after appointment time. So total delay and standing in dock for nothing was 3h.
People working there are nice though.
So the problem is management. To be exact - mismanagement!!!

Not bad at all. Got there 3 hours earlier and was assigned a door right away. Unloading took 30 minutes. Don’t forget to chuck your wheels or they can’t unload you cause their door won’t open until you use the wheel chuck with the electric cable attached to it. There’s no oversight parking but there’s a truck stop called 490 that is down the road about 3 to 4 minutes from there that has great food and always has parking.

To all truckers this is my personal experience. My appointment was 11am and I arrive at 8:30am and they gave me a door right away. Was empty within 45 mins. There's a lot of room to maneuver. Receiving docks will be 9 - 12 but once you check in they will tell you which door to use. No over night parking.

I deliver here all the time. Receiving closes at 1400 hrs. They say no overnight parking but sometimes guys arrive late and park off to the left. There is a small truck stop a few miles up at the 90 that has great breakfast sandwiches no showers though. Closest large truck stops are in Pembroke. Fast unload. No bathroom.

Check-in is by dock door number 1. Just stand in front of the glass door and eventually someone will come check you in. Kind of tight docks but doable. Quick unload I was there about an hour and a half for a full truckload with 20 pallets

I have delivered here four times and it has always been a pleasurable experience. Despite the broker telling me I have a 6 a.m. delivery when they don't start till 7 a.m. at least you can get in to a dock door about 5 a.m.
