No problem! Easy people to work with. ? Great place to bring your unwanted trash. $20 for a load of trash. Very courteous to me. Staff is outstanding to work with. ?2/23/20 Will be taking them some recyclable cardboard boxes today ? No charge ? 3/2/20 Another pick up load of trash ? Cost was $20 dollars ? 5/6/20 Very busy today. Everyone was unload quickly ? 10/6/21 Two trailer load of palm tree $22 dollars each load ? No problem ?

I am moving within the same city and will be using all the same utility companies at the new home. The transfer was a breeze with all companies except Waste Management. The website was not helpful and when you call for customer service you get a bot that tells you to use the website. I have spent more time trying to change my Waste Management service than on all other utilities combined and still haven't been able to transfer the service.

Waste Management makes any DMV office look like a customer service star. If I could I would give 0 stars.

I called on 4/8/24 to cancel my service at the end of the month due to moving. The order history confirms this request. Yet I'm still being charged for ongoing service. I was told I would get a refund of my two unused months and the trash cans were to be left there for the new tenants who moved in shortly after I left.

I called and talked to someone about the situation and he backdated my cancellation for the the end of April but was rather pushy about it being my fault and he was doing me a favor. He would even listen when I tried to tell him I had put in the cancellation on Apr 8th. Nothing has changed, I have not received a refund and I'm still being charged for the new period.

Service over all is good. But what I did not appreciate was on one pickup. The lid on my dumpster did not close, it was raised. I had trimmed some yard plants and I had the top raised from laying flat. WM charged me $15.00 more for this pickup. The drive even took pictures to show the lid wasn't flat. I say... big deal...just remove what I placed in the dumpster without xtra charge! The amount of waste on this pickup day could never have cost this to take away! I am very disappointed they charged me xtra. MOST pickup days I don't even have a full dumpster but yet this one day it was fuller than most pick up and they charged me xtra.
I feel this was greedy and unnecessary!

I've never experienced such terrible service as I have with Waste Management. Their delays and lack of customer support are beyond unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere!

WM is a very reliable company. Their Driver's are kind and helpful, the invoice is easy to pay and if you have any questions, you can go online or call in and their Customer Service Agents can help resolve any issue.

Once signed up. No overall issues expect for slight inconsistent billing. Trying to cancel services is a different story. Overall complicated and takes forever.
