I just discovered that WM has been charging $9.99 extra every month on the automatic payment for our bill and the $9.99 is nowhere on our invoices or listed in the amount they say they will automatically bill to our checking. In addition they are taking payments out before the due date and they recently just increased our monthly service fee by over 25% without even notifying us of the change.

I tried calling and after figuring out their stupid mousetrap of AI interference to actually get transferred to a human, I waited on hold for 45 minutes and nobody ever answered.

I wonder how many other customers are getting money stolen from their accounts each month without an explanation of the charges? I'll be reporting to the AZ Attorney General for consumer fraud.

I have no complaints at this time , they come as scheduled the only thing that made me upset was a missed pick up last year I ran out put it to the curb and the driver drove by and waved which I thought was a little disrespectful and went around to the next street when I called customer service she said she would try and get in touch with the driver which she did and he came back 1 block over and just for that one missed pick up they charged me a full month. That will always sits with me the wrong way so from then on no more missed pick ups and everything is fine ATM

I live by myself and have very little trash so I only put my trash can out 1 to 2 times a month, however at Christmas time I did have more trash than normal and my lid was up about 5 inches from being closed. They charged me an extra $5.00 because of it. Needless to say my trash can will be out every time they come by now.
