We ordered orchard mulch. The people working there are very nice, price of product is good and the delivery process is overall smooth. My main complaint is the quality of the product. The trash (mostly plastic in different color and form) is so much more than we expected based on the product description and the sample we had seen, which raised our concerns about the safety of applying the product to our backyard, where we will plant fruit trees. Although we appreicate that Agri Service offered resolution after learing about our disatisfaction, we certainly hope we had made different decision-not buying this product or buying a different product without contamination (The reason we bought the Orchard mulch is because Agri service doesn't provide delivery for the other kind of mulch we wanted, which doesn't have contamination and we had to make a quick decison.). Our lesson to learn is (1) Do more research of products before purchasing Sample may not reflect what you actually get. It would be better to be onsite to see the real product before delivery if possible . (2) If there is a problem, contact the comany as early as possible.

We placed an order of 35 yards of country club mulch the delivery was made on time the driver had called me 20 minutes before hand we met up and the delivery was made great product looking forward on ordering more in the near future 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Easy ordering of good-quality sterilized orchard mulch that is reasonably priced. Helpful and knowledgeable staff answered all of my questions. On time truck driver dumped load exactly where I requested. Another good experience.
