It's a cash only lumper fee. I gave it 3 star because it modern time and who carry cash around these day. You have more technological ways of paying for goods and services than back then. I read reviews before coming to this place and most of them well all of them says CASH only so I went to an ATM at a Love truck stop drew $200 at it was the exact amount for the truck load. When I paid the the lumper fee unloading started the same time. I saw a driver had to unhook from his trailer and had to google an ATM and went there to get cash. So choose whether or not you want to come to this place.

I'd deliver here again.. No issues.. guard shack guy was cool.. the receiving office personnel was very nice and friendly.
My load didn't require a lumper fee but I was prepared just in case..

Overall a great experience. Guys started unloading as soon as I hit dock.

After reading the reviews. I called the broker and informed him about the cash only lumper and told him that is he able to prepay for it. He told me to get $200 in cash just in case. Checked in got in a door right away found out lumper was prepaid. Fast unloading have a nice day.

On Tine Ave. pull up to end of road, past area says Petrey trucks only, park on left side, guard shack on right (small yellow bldg). You can park overnight & check in in the am. Night guard was very nice & helpful.

Bring $200.00 cash for lumper. Park to the left before you get to the gaurd shack. Check in with guard shack and your life will go smoothly. Fast unload would give 5 stars if they took fleet checks.

I say don't change a bit. It's nice to go somewhere that isn't up to date with all the new age bull.... It's part of our jobs as drivers to do research about a facility before we go. Every place is different and has their own rules. Be prepared for those rules and everything should go smoothly.

Nice warehouse out in the woods just have to get there before the warehouse closes or your going to have a long night. And always check in at the security booth.
