Great produce I was visiting Williamstown and my host has a CSA with this farm.

Joined their winter CSA this year and have been delighted by all the tasty veggies. Yes, the parsnips are parsnipy and the shallots are amazing but I need to talk about the leeks. No only are they tasty but sooo clean OMG it has been wonderful. I’ve never had such an easy time cooking with leeks. I love leeks but kinda dread having to clean them. Historically I’ve often been less than vigilant and ended up with a vaguely sandy stews. No worries with these leeks tho
