On Sunday I went to the Fayetteville, NY store to buy a birdfeeder and bird house. The woman that was working there, Noelle (not sure how she spells her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag), never spoke to me the entire time that I was browsing through the merchandise. Not even a "hi" when I walked into the store. She was on her phone the entire time. I had questions about what I wanted to buy, but I got the feeling that she wouldn't be much help. I actually thought about going to another store to get what I wanted, but then decided to come back another day when I knew Jennifer would be working because she is super helpful and knowledgeable. I did buy a puzzle and it was only then that Noelle spoke to me. After I left the store, I realized that she didn't ask my name so that I could get credit for my purchase. I've been a member of WBU since the 90s and I've never had this experience before. It's really sad and not a good way to keep your customers happy and returning in the future.

Such a wonderful peaceful place to shop. Jen J was a absolute delight to work with. The store is filled with the soothing sounds of birds chirping, and the resulting atmosphere makes browsing through the huge array of products so delightful.

Our first time showing up at the store we were met by Matt the owner who helped us tremendously with trying to figure out bird foods birdfeeders he was so friendly and outgoing and made us feel like we were one of his own. We left there and I might say he also helped us out carrying bags of birdseed we had the best experience had a few laughs he was very knowledgeable will definitely go back there. I am happy to say that our birds are flocking to our birdfeeders enjoying every last tidbit of food that we are serving up that we got from birds unlimited in Fayetteville

Great bird food selection and feeder selections. Most food is a little more expensive but well worth the money. It is no waste food. Excellent knowledgeable customer service.

From high-end to affordable...anything the biggest bird enthusiast could ever want or need...from the serious birder to the collector, and even your kiddos- this fascinating store will hit the spot all-around. The customer service is wonderful- very kind, helpful and educational! Drop in to take a peek at their Cornell University live-feed bird watching screen or ask about your backyard birds' feeding tendencies and seed fancies. You'll want to go back!

If you love birds this is where you'll want to go to find some different feeders, bird food and novelty items. I do think some things are priced quite a bit higher than other places so do your research before purchasing. Customer service is top notch.

I think I've read that they also hold informative meetings to discuss birds and the like. Their Facebook page is also informative and will keep you informed of goings on at the store or in the wild.
