For a frozen food vendor they are pretty fast. In and out in under 2 hours. The people are courteous and professional. Tight parking and cars block you getting out by parking in front of dropped trailers...see pictures. The back is easy the exit is the challenge. I gave 3 stars because the employees have no regard for trucks trying to leave the docks by parking under us.

West Central Food Service is an awesome organic food wholesaler.

The place is massive and the quality of the products they carry is impressive. I think it is very cool they've been around since 1969.

Jessica is very accommodating and takes good care of us when we need more raw materials to make danger snacks spicy micro sweets. We make them in small batches and West Central Food Service accommodates us for smaller quantity orders when we need them.

We are very grateful to have an account.

I will be brief. Contacted this company via email and phone, even left voicemails. Was never contacted back to file a complaint regarding one of your drivers on the 91 freeway. He swerved into my lane and purposely hit a piece of tire that in return hit my car and damaged my front bumpers, broke a headlight and damaged my hood. There was no reason for him to go into my lane to hit that piece of tire. Work on your customer service and complaints. Additionally, I do have the licence plate number.

The guard at the a.m. check in was totally disrespectful to is, the truckers (we move America HELLO) waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting....
Been here since 6 a.m. Now 3:24 p.m.

I have been coming here for the last 3 years, and is first come first serve, but today, I learned is for appointment only, that I have to checked in, before baking into a dock, according to the graveyard crew, the receiving crew is not professional at all. I don't think I'll be coming here in the near future!

Worst phone customer service in the world. Produce comes in at the end of it's life and only last a couple if days before molding. Worst customer service. Been on hold over 20 minutes to find out where my delivery is and this isn't the first time.

Super tight docks small short produce trucks cut you off and cut in front of you no matter what time you arrived no place to wait you must wait either on the side of the road or in the middle of the road not much of a choice no room to back and they're kind of slow other than that seems like a nice place
