03.04.2024... Will not change star cause I checking in 7.00 Am they bring time in 7.22 Am. Today quick loading 5 pilots. Today added..

Aug 14, 2020...Dispacher say go and pickup load is ready. I arrived within time. Checkin 11.47 they say product is not ready. Don't know who is wrong or right. Driver had no fault. Why drivers do wait for that kind of locations. When ELD goes running in my duty time. And mostly compmay payes behind how many miles you driving per day.
Make sure is product is ready then come here to pickup. When ur driving Big Rig...
After 8.30 hr still they r not loading when I ask why am qating they say products going cooling down. Same wording what they say when am arrived and we ask in the morning. It means. Say may be loaded 12.00 am. As a driver my log book don't allow to pick in 12.00. I need sleep. So leaving load driving to home.

I would give zero star if I can workers are roaming around. More than 5-6 truck waiting from hours not even on the docks. It’s even more slower than snails.

I staying here from 11am, and right now 6,20pm and my load isn't ready, they are ella's mi twice, then I came says 3, 4pm will be redi, after saying 3, 4 hour more,

Came here to pick up 1 pallet
Arrived at 10pm they said they close at 10pm
Come tomorrow morning at 7am went back next day at 7am got checked in got door at 6:30pm and got loaded at 7pm just for 1 pallet guys.This was my experience with them wasted whole day.

Today my second pickup from here I got a load with an hour but our trailer load on driver axle more than 34000lbs after done scale we return back to the facility they get fix it right way. I appreciate all the shipping team specially forklift drivers and shipping office staff.

Horrible place to pick up. Dispatch called ahead of time to see if load was ready since I had 3 pick ups and only needed 1 pallet from them. They told him it would be done before noon. I arrived at 10 am. Checked in and went back to my truck. At 1230 pm I walked into receiving office to ask for eta. The lady at the desk informed me they don't do that there and tried to shut the window on my face. I kept talking and said my dispatch was told noon and I need to update dispatch on a eta and that i am only picking up 1 pallet. She opened the window back up and informed me she knows it's only 1 pallet and they haven't started working on it. I repeated it back and said they aren't working on it and she informed me they schedule the loads and she doesn't know when they will work on it. It's a fcfs facility...

This place definitely hits all the high notes as a shipper. There is a gate but was open when we arrived at 6 am.. there is a staging area also. Literally in & out in a little over an hour.. wish all shippers were this great!!
