Cari recently did an amazing job coordinating the annual HVAC inspections for my properties. The HVAC company is a 3rd party company that I typically contact separately for setting up maintenance plans and discussing the needs of my properties. When they called to remind me of the checkup, I let Cari know and she very quickly got the inspections done on both of my properties.

Some PM companies are slow to get work orders done even when they use in-house vendors so I was particularly impressed by how quickly she was able to get it done and how proactive she was with updates. A great asset to the team at WeLease, which also happens to be one of the best PM companies I've worked with.

We are a military couple and have used WeLease for many years and are very satisfied. Every staff member we encounter is very courteous, helpful but most of all knowledgeable. Even while stationed overseas communication was a breeze and they constantly monitored the property informing us of issues before they got out of hand. They also keep us abreast of any recent developments in renters rights, owners rights and the overall rental issues. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional property management company.

Im writing this review because the moving situation with my husband and WeLease has been horrendous and a huge lack of communication.
We moved into a home property managed by WeLease in September, almost 3 months in now. Upon moving in we had to live with bees getting into the home for about 2 weeks, a water leak, no bath tub (they did inform us of this upon moving in), no working air conditioning (we live in San Diego, it is 80+ degrees within our move in and on), family room fan not work, fridge not getting cold (many of my groceries went bad), and blinds not closing properly. I have never experienced this upon moving somewhere and especially paying 4k+, all of these things left my husband and I furious. It took about 2 weeks to resolve all the issues except for the AC. Had this issue been fixed 2 months ago I think I would be coming here with a better review. After expressing my frustration to Mildred, all she can say is she apologizes and appreciates us for our patience. We are locked into a lease now and have no choice but to be patient. Had we known this home had no working AC we would not have rented a home for the price being paid. It is very upsetting to say that this issue still isn’t fixed and there seems no urgency to help us. My husband and I had all of the windows open and can not sleep comfortably at all. I am sad to say the service here has been poor and we haven’t heard any update within the past month. The owner sent someone out 3 times to look at the AC and we were made aware that one of the AC techs had already been out before and told them it needed to be replaced. I am really disappointed and honestly at this rate feel like we will be at the end of our lease by the time this matter is resolved. WeLease is seeing no urgency to help us and it really sucks.

Yuliana goes above and beyond by negotiating with vendors to keep costs down, and she keeps me updated on maintenance requests without fail. I couldn’t ask for better support – highly recommend!
