Do not get water from here and use it for your fish tank. Got water from here thinking it would be safe for my fish tank use AquaSafe in it to condition the water put about $30 worth of Koi into it and every one of them died within 5 minutes. Made sure the water temp was the exact same and everything.

I live in Wrightwood & our water 💧 impossible to drink. I use bottled water to make my ice 🧊 cubes, bcuz I can taste our nasty H2O in whatever I’d use them in. I only use Wrightwood water for bathing, dishes & the yard. Even my dog gets bottled H2O.
The lady that fills my bottles for me is always super fast & nice. I’m in & out in a flash. 😃

After being a regular customer for nearly 10 years and buying all my 5 gallon and a few 3 gallon bottles from this store I will never buy from them again. Here’s why: I purchased a five gallon bottle last week and noticed that the new bottle was weeping water on the floor leaving a small puddle of water. I took the bottle back and asked for an exchange but the lady told me that she was not responsible for the defect and suggested that I may have damaged it myself. Bottom line is she refused to exchange the defective bottle and suggested I buy a new bottle. WOW! Real surprised at her attitude I told her she was going to lose an old customer over a defective $13 bottle that she sold me. But she wouldn’t budge. I guess she doesn’t need my business but more than that, she ripped me off buy selling me a bad bottle.

Horrible experience. I didn’t even get a chance to put a meter in the water or anything. The customer service was so bad I just wanted to leave n never come back. I didn’t even want to buy their water. They are 5 mins from my house but I rather drive all the way to Victorville to good customer service. No thanks never again. I can’t wait till I stick my meter to check the levels but didn’t want to forget to review this guy.
