If there was a NO star option, I’d have chosen it!!! In 25 years of trucking, the absolute WORST place I’ve EVER loaded at!!!!!
2 pm appointment, got here at noon. They parked me in stand by til 1:30, gave me a dock, and I’ve now been in said dock for just about 6 hours.
No sense of urgency, no communication, when I asked what was taking so long I was told they were doing the best they could.
Never Never Never again!!!!!

Take Loop St around to 8th. Stop and talk to the guard who was nice. Then proceeded to where the guard sends you to. Either shipping or receiving. Shipping was nice to me also. Loading only took about thirty minutes. Once they call you too tell you, you are loaded you go back in to sign bills. When you come back out, you need to seal trailer because guard will check it. When leaving the place you have to turn left toward Loop St. Over all it was a good place to load. The load was heavy but there are four truck stops less than two miles away.

Really nice people ..they do take some time like 2-3 hours ....check-in at guard .then go straight and check-in at r.h.s going up the stairs.
