This is our new official stop on every drive between Austin and Leadville!!
We ordered online and timed it as we were driving through on our road trip home. We were blown away by the food, the adorable store, the customer service, everything!
The breakfast tacos were incredible! The way the cheese was melted to the slightly crunchy tortilla was just wonderful. 🙂
My teen son said the breakfast sandwich was perfect and my teen daughter said it was the best scone she had ever had!

We WILL be back but in the meantime, everyone get to Walsenburg and try this amazing place!

My brother and sister-in-law brought me in on my visit from Alabama. I found so many cute items crafted locally, and I got a coffee that was absolutely delicious!!! The person who took our order and rang up my purchases was super sweet. This is somewhere I will definitely come again next time I'm in town.

Finally got a chance to stop by in here and try out the food and walk around. Be sure to stop by and check it out. Have a coffee and relax or grab a bite to eat.

If you're passing through town, they have some of the best local handmade items you can buy as gifts plus they got souvenir shirts and hoodies. There's something for everyone.

The deli has a great assortment of meats and cheeses, they deserve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The pizzeria has by the slice and whole pies. They also have ice cream, shakes, malts, and floats.

There are lofts which will be one of the nicer places to stay in town as well.

Mercantile shopping area is very nice, however we have tried the Stokehouse twice now for dinner and been disappointed. Last time 10/14 we got an unexpected high bill due to Sirloin steaks not being available. Meal was good however.

Update: Manager called me back and we resolved appropriately; will try again at a future date.
