I went in to drop a package for FedEx at 3:35 p.m. I waited at the FedEx counter for several minutes and no one saw me so I walked around the store for another three or four minutes before I found Sherry stocking shelves. I asked if she could help me at the FedEx drop off counter. She looked at me annoyed, said nothing and walked towards the counter. The only words she spoke to me were I need your phone number. No greeting no thank you no nothing. She would be fired on the spot from my company. Meanwhile another employee came to the counter and asked her if she needed help. She grunted to him that she had it. Without turning to face me he said just so you know it won't be picked up till tomorrow. I think it's time to take my business elsewhere. We spend several thousand of dollars here each year. I could just as easily spend it at Kinnys. I think I will.

This pharmacy is terrible. I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for over 15 years (in Arizona). I was happy to see the Rite Aid Pharmacy’s in my new area changing to Walgreens. I’m not sure if the transition is causing all of the problems or not but the customer service is terrible. Anytime you try to call you’re on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and it always takes forever. I had something called in for my son and it was out of stock which I was not made aware of until I went to pick it up. I do have text/call alerts enabled. They told me it would be arriving the next day in their order and to call in the afternoon. I called and was told that it never came in and I said “so I’m just out of luck then?” And the tech stated “yeah I guess”. 😳 Nice. Transferring all of my prescriptions and I will never use Walgreens again.

Used a wallgreens for the firat time sense kinneys closed early today. Well NEVER come here again no matter how bad I need medication. They push the blame on the the drs, computers, or anything and everything they can so they dont have to take the blame. Waiting an hour for 3 prescriptions is unexceptional.

My mother went to the emergency room yesterday & had an antibiotic prescribed for her for a head wound. It was sent in before 4pm yesterday, and was not ready until 2pm today!! That is Horrible. If there was a zero rating, that is what I would have given. There needs to be changes made there and SOON.

Worst pharmacy ever they gave me wrong medication and try to say it was my dr fault i ended up in hospital gave me worst panic attack ever this place is joke
