I would not give one star for the past 2 years I complained about the Floral Manager & her attitude not only towards customers but also towards employees the way she talks to people is so degrading I went in for flowers on 1/13/2025 while I’m looking around at the selection they have I can hear the floral manager talking to another employee and not in the good way I guess she was Training her!!! I waited for 15 min until she finally noticed me I asked if they can put the flowers together and with an attitude she said is gonna be a 20% fee and you have to come back in 2hrs I said absolutely not I’ll pay the fee but I need them right now she replied I have a very important order to do I told her to call a manager she calls Adriana who is not even her manager when the Assistant store manager was in the store! She then proceeded to almost pushing the flowers towards me when I was placing them in the counter & when I put my hand out for my tag to pay she was avoiding my hand & placed it on the counter I told her don’t you see my hand & she replied yes I told her you need to change your ugly attitude!!! Mind you I spent $130 on the flowers & to receive service like that just ruined my day !!!

I don’t understand this Vons. Everyone’s always in a bad mood and every time Im in here there’s never any cashiers and they are yelling at me to go to self check out. I don’t get it. Not one light on. This is a Saturday morning.

This store is so out of control. I try to shop at this location because it is a few blocks away from my home, but it seems like every time I go there I leave very frustrated. Prices are not that cheap so I only go because of convenience, but it is simply not worth it because this store is total chaos and out of control. The meat department staff are rude, they are never available and when you ask them a question you get these cold one word answers.

The worst is the Deli department, they usually have one person taking orders when there is a line of 7-10 people waiting to be helped. When you ask them to please call for back up, you get no help, rude responses and a condescending attitude. If you ask for a manager nothing gets done and the regional offices never return your call. How can they possibly stay in business doing this to customers.

Came to buy some things while I’m in town and stopped here and I had to use the restroom while inside and was told there is no key in the building. I find it odd that a public grocery store with numerous women working inside have nowhere to go all day. I left and didn’t buy a thing because obviously I couldn’t focus on shopping.

This location never ever ever has enough cashiers/check out lanes available. It doesn't matter what day or time you go, you will encounter very long lines. This has been going on for at least a decade or more since I've lived in the area. You know it's an ongoing problem so why do you not have more cashiers open on a daily basis. It's ridiculous. I stopped shopping here. Now I drive much further to go to Ralph's (which I don't even like as much as Vons however I can't deal with the long line BS that they refuse to correct).

Online customers should be treated the same as in-store shoppers. Clearly getting the cold shoulder from employes for pick up orders at this location. App says to pick up upfront, and ive been told to go down the doors on isle 8. I advise changes, for a smoother pick up experience. I also recommend better communication from vons workers so we at least know our order is being worked on. I was standing by doors, not greeted once. And when I ask about order they said to wait someones coming out, no one comes out. Our time matters also, customer service matters.

I'm not sure how I didn't know this Vons was so close to me but it's great. It's a little smaller but they have tuna of my favorite gluten free breads, their deli section has a wonderful selection of pre-made food, and somehow everything I got was extra good. Even the grapes were somehow tastier than I've been finding lately.
