Drivers are always great; however sales representatives and area management don't keep their word about delivery of order even when placing order on time. Our kitchen has spend over $40K a month and still getting our order bumped to give priority to other kitchens and have drivers go up and down all LA County without looking at the location of the kitchens. Sales Representatives don't keep their word and always technical issues with trucks, computers and office staff is rude when you call to get status of delivery because representatives don't answer call or emails.

They unload fast but really take forever to give the paperwork. They finish unloading me at 9:30AM and it’s 12:00PM still waiting for the paperwork plus I told them I have second delivery have appointment there at 12:00PM but they don’t care and take their sweet time.

It was my first time delivering it went great. Arrived at 8:50 am for a 9 am appointment. Had my paperwork at 9:35 am. It was a total of 20 pallets. Thanks for being fast and getting drivers back on the road quick.

Monday to Friday, receiving star working from 5 am, appointment only, lumper fee. At little tide, you park your truck in the street south Taylor St and walk to the receiving door between 10 and 14. This is the truck entrance, too. Follow the direction.

Back truck into staging area, earliest check in 30 min before appt. When docked keep eye on light, they will not call or knock on your door. Stayed 2 hrs cause I fell asleep
