Giving it overall 4 stars because I was hoping it would be all vegan. I don't think Vitality Bowls should sell animal products just to appease the norm. Because going vegan is the new norm everyone needs to get used to. They have pitaya dragon fruit bright pink smoothies. Next time I will get one. I got the acai smoothie.

I arrived at the location over 15minutes ago and have yet to see anyone from the store actually here. There’s a family who was here before me waiting for their order, and three other individuals. I’ve watched people leave after seeing ALL of us without any food in front of us. Not sure anyone actually works here? How do I get a refund, chargeback from my bank? Guess so 🤷‍♂️

I always have a lot of modifications for my wraps and smoothie bowls, and the people at Pleasant Hill Vitality get it right EVERY time. I can always count on them for a consistent and delicious product, which is why i gave 5 stars. Literally every time i order my complicated blue bliss bowl, it is spot on, without fail.

Vitality Bowls delivers! high quality gluten free and dairy free meals that can be ordered ahead of time. I started ordering ahead because they do get pretty busy sometimes and it can take quite a while whereas ordering ahead almost guarantees no more than a ten minute wait. People who are complaining about portion sizes and price don’t value their health enough to invest in proper nutrition. sometimes you get what you pay for and unfortunately the food supply is a bigger picture issue far beyond the scope of this review. However I do wish they would carry some warm food but the name “vitality bowl” comes from their signature cold smoothie bowls. the salads are nice and the wraps have a little warmth to them. expect to pay extra for unprocessed organic healthy food. and additionally you are paying for the convenience factor so it becomes difficult for these stores to even make a profit with the cost of the product.

I used to come here regularly at least a few times a month years ago when they first opened.I don't know what happened a couple years ago, but the quality of the food has gone way down. The acai is really icy and has no flavor and I feel like they have backed off of how much toppings they've put. I went back today after not having it for I don't remember how long and it was a reminder of why I don't go back here anymore unfortunately. As far as them taking a long time, I feel like they always have taken a while to prepare an order. So i've always called my orders in ahead of time or order them on the app.So if that's your only complaint, then I would go that route.

I went in this morning to get two açaí bowls to go, they were delicious. Unfortunately, my experience at this store wasn’t that great since I had to wait for an hour for my order. The store was empty when I first arrived but they were taking so long with their orders, it soon was full of angry people waiting for their orders. They need better organization!

I think this is a great place to get the type of food they sell. Healthy food options. I have enjoyed every item from the menu I have tried. Acai bowls. Salads. Protein bowls. All great. The staff has made every item perfectly each order. The app doesn't provide good estimates for when the food will be ready. I have never been there while the staff is happy. They are almost sullen. I feel bad for them. Hope they are ok. The staff does a great job.
