17 years on the tortilla industry. When I moved to NH from Los angeles I was really looking forward to try their product. It is really the good stuff what this guys are cooking here. The only problem is that I only got 2 bags of 12 last time I was there for sure not enough.

If you want a tasty hearty flavorful tortilla this is the choice. They are substantial - thick enough to hold up to all the fillings. They are versatile - I eat them with tuna salad, deli meats and sometimes just plain butter. I like to heat them just enough for them to still be chewy, although I do occasionally bake them with cheese and go for the crunch. Oh, and they taste like corn. Really lovely flavor or corn, and a nubby texture from the course grind.

These tortillas are incredible! The difference between Vermont Tortilla Company tortillas and any others reminds me of the difference between a fresh honey crisp apple from the orchard and a cruddy old apple you get at the breakfast bar of a mid-range hotel along the highway. Love these tortillas! Taste very fresh and homemade. Great to keep some in the freezer for when I don't feel like making my own or when I am short on time. Only wish it was easier to reseal the bag because I never use them all at once. They definitely need to be used quickly or kept frozen because they do go quickly orherwise, so I usually just put them in my own resealable bag.

I visit the Vermont Tortilla Company and buy directly from the factory. The fresh, warm tortillas make my car smell heavenly on the ride home!!
