Hoping we just went on a bad day. This place was highly recommended, and we were passing through on our way north. I ordered their roast beef and my husband ordered the meatball. Sandwiches were served on cheap hot dog buns, my roast beef was gray, the meatballs were flavorless. My sandwich was served with a lukewarm piece of Swiss cheese and a questionable sauce.

I didn’t finish my sandwich, but the kettle chips did not disappoint. My husband ate all of his, had the worst food poisoning he’s ever had. Great start to our vacation.

The staff was prompt and friendly, the beer was good, stay far away from their food. 2 stars instead of one because the beer was good and that’s their specialty.

Verde Brewing Company is a great stop while exploring and visiting Montezuma’s Castle. It was a little tricky to find on the GPS the first time but don’t give up. I sampled the two sour beers, raspberry and watermelon and they were perfect. We also shared the cheeseburger nachos an interesting nacho variety and very good. For a snack even for two people I would recommend the personal size. The shareable size is large so if you’re hungry for big. Very nice staff.

We found Verde Brewing Company while visiting the area to see Montezuma's Castle & Well. What a refreshing & delightful place! The food was wonderful & the beer was unique & cold. So glad that we found our way there.

Was driving on I-17 from Phoenix to Flagstaff and decided to stop when I saw the sign on the interstate exit. Glad I did—great beer, super-friendly staff and enjoyed the traditional nachos with pork. A hidden gem worth a pit stop!

Great place for lunch! Highly recommend the barbecue pulled pork sandwich, Nachos and chicken salad sandwich! Friendly staff and Yes! Beer choices are amazing!

We decided to stop at Verde Brewing as we were really hungry following a flight into Phoenix (over lunch time) and still needed to make our way to Sedona.
We couldn’t have asked for a better first stop on our vacation!
Let’s start with the service as it was exceptional! Our server was very friendly and attentive and even went as far as to offer some recommendations in the Sedona area for our vacation.
Onto the food….
I ordered the Elote dog after our server highly recommended it and my boyfriend ordered the traditional nachos with pork. We were both very satisfied with the flavors and portion sizes; so good!
I also recommend trying their gold buckle honey lager!

Super friendly staff! Off beaten path but worth finding. Beer is great I've had before but was super happy to have some from the source. Hotdogs were surprisingly good
