We stopped by a local Mexican restaurant in Craig, Colorado, yesterday, and wow—what a great experience! Maybe I was extra hungry from being outside, but this was some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The flavors were incredible, and even the complimentary salsa was so good I could’ve eaten it with a spoon. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out!

I came early on a weekday and hardly anyone was here. Service was very fast and the service was good.

I decided to get a combination plate which consisted of a cheese enchilada, chili relleno, and a ground beef taco. It came with beans and rice. All the flavors were great and was a decent amount of food for $14.

The chips and salsa were also fresh and tasted great. Overall if you are looking for some decent Mexican food in the area definitely come and check out this place!

Craig should be very happy that they have this outstanding Mexican restaurant. Food is fresh and very tasty. Trio appetizer was wonderful the refried beans are some of the best I have ever eaten. I had the shrimp fajitas, served sizzling hot with lots of large shrimp. Mushrooms marinated to perfection. This would be my go to place if I lived nearby. Staff was friendly and attentive.

This place is bangin. If you've been in Colorado craving Mexican food that's actually good, get in here. It's a lot like those ones in the south.

Service was slow but they were busy as hell so I'm not upset about it.

Service was pretty slow but food was great! Had to wait a long time before even getting water and drinks and then had to ask for water refills. Slightly busy but not too busy for better service. Chicken fajitas and chicken chipotle burrito were both delicious.

There are 2 or 3 other Mexican restaurants in Craig. This one had received high marks so we thought we would try it. Sadly, it did not live up to expectations. The place is roomy, plenty of seating, has a full bar, an attentive wait staff, and the ambiance is typical for a Mexican restaurant. The food even has good flavor. So what is the problem? Well it seems like whoever was in charge of the kitchen that night, love the bottle of cooking oil a bit too much. I ordered the fajitas, and my wife, ordered a simple quesadilla with sauteed mushrooms. As you can see from the images, both meals were drenched in oil. So much so you could not even tell the quesadilla started out as a flour tortilla. I brought this to the attention of our server and his response, translated from Spanish, was "that's just the way it is." No apologies, no offer to remake the meals, or other concession. Next time we are in Craig, we will be dining elsewhere.

Excellent restaurant with great food. I have a plate here that has never been seen by me before and I've eaten a lot of dishes. There's well worth The Visit if you're through Craig. There is some limited truck parking to the West side of restaurant..
