Michael is a GREAT property manager. He had a complex waterproofing issue in the lower level of a 40 unit condominium that was coming from the main level. He contacted me to meet him at the property at 8:45a on a Monday morning. He explained the issues in detail. Answered all my questions. Took my sketch/proposal to his board members, got board approval quickly & we then scheduled work. It was nice to see the care/compassion/attention to detail that Michael took as the property manager for his board of directors/property, to rectify the situation!

So we had a meeting with VP property management on zoom today. My husband and I were the only homeowner attendees. Michael and the board members were laughing and talking about how they posted parking tow signs at the buildings which look so tacky! One of the board members recognized that I was on the call and immediately informed Michael and the other board member so that they could be careful about what they were saying. I was asked if I had any questions and I did. As I started to address some of the expenses being paid and questioned the amounts and the service that were being paid.. Michael (property management) stated to me that my questions were silliness and he immediately wanted to end the call? Crook? Yes …. I think so and very unprofessional!!! Also they never return phone calls or address the concerns that I have had…better yet they just try to brush me off… this company need to be investigated immediately and fired! Oh and they gave their selves a 700.00 increase to poorly manage the property(8400.00)a year… But homeowners getting a 5 percent increases for 2022!!!!

Debby and Mike are 2 of the most knowledgeable and caring people you could ever hope to find in the property management field. They go above and beyond the call of duty for the unit owners and that's a blessing these days.

My experience with V P Property Management is 5 STARS. After having an emergency with a sewage backup on the weekend, I cannot express how happy I am with Mike Vichio. He responded to our emergency within minutes and sent a very professional plumber to rectify the problem. He followed up with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I am very grateful VP is managing our property.

DO NOT use this company, what the other reviews say is totally true. can you have no stars? The property manager was letting residents do work with in the common elements and these residents were not insured or bonded. When asked if VP insured these people the owner laughed. if one of these people were hurt doing a job could have cost the association $$$$$$.

This Company in cohort with Crestwood Oaks Estates Townhome Association Michael Veccio engaged in bigoted bullying, vandalism, and extortion. When I tried to report this company to the BBB he immediately took down his website and propagated it so the Company could not be found to be reported.
