First time here I was a little worried cause of all the negative reviews I read. I had a good experience parked my truck on their gravel lot on 10th walked over to check in by dock 6 there’s a door next to it go inside and on the inside to right side of the door there is a mesh basket make sure you put phone number on your bills leave them in the basket and they’ll give you a call once they’re ready for you. I didn’t think docks were tight but there wasn’t anyone next to my door, I had door 6 next to the wall and a yellow post right next to the dock with just enough space to clear the trailer door but I can see why ppl would say it’s tight just shrink up tandems and should go in smoothly there’s more than enough space. You’re backing in from the street but there was little to no traffic when I was there on a Friday morning @0900. Would come here again.

They do have some overnight parking.Maybe room for 3 trucks. Friendly ..They will let you use thier restromm. Tight backing off the street to the dock doors.

Arrived 0800 for 0900 appointment, didn’t get a dock till 1300, unloaded and leaving at 1500. Only had two trucks ahead of me. Said they were having a slow day

Don’t waste your time calling these people. I tried to get pricing for cookies and the lady I spoke with told me that only customers can get pricing. You would think that you’d give pricing so I could become a customer? That’s a very poor business strategy for providing to new customers. I called Osborn and they said they would be having a rep contact me. That was a world of difference.

There is very limited parking here,I parked on the truck route Side street but be sure not block the entrance for the day cabs, also some drivers parked at the end of 17th street towards the bridge,Docks are definitely ment for day cabs but it’s not a bad back in, DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF FBI building they will come out, Overall super fast unload…….
