Recently Sunday afternoon on 4/6, I decided to pick up a few items as I enter thru the parking lot,
The rude guard goes wanted to check my shopping bag ! So I allowed him to look in my bag ! I just came from Walgreens , had coconut water & NY times .
All of sudden he rudely just grabbed my bag & offer me a basket! Without a single word!! I said give me back my bag ! He resisted! I have to snatch back my bag I yell Give me back my bag ! & the way I was treated like a hard core criminal before I even enter into that store ! Never have I been so insulted as a consumer! He refused to give me my personal belongings. That Nasty rudely guard is no gentleman to treat someone who just entering the store he always assumed I am shop lifter ! I was so angry after living in this neighborhood for over 30 years ! First time ever to be treated is rudely hostile manner ! Before I even step foot in this supermarket! I later went back ask the cashier who’s the manager ! They refused to tell me nor respond! I am boycotting this supermarket after many years shopping here . What business check your bags before I even enter the premises?
They not selling gold & diamond in that store !!!
They are harassing long time shoppers there!!
They are plenty of other supermarket in that area
Others Chinese supermarkets don’t harassing their
Customers as they have hired Rudely & aggressively
Guards there ! I felt bullied for no reason!!!!
Beware of rudely nasty Guards !!! At my age I don’t need to treated with such disrespect!!!!
Not shopping there again !!!

This place has great prices for produce. It's always fresh and priced well. Their seafood and butcher shop are pretty competitive in price too. Everything else is usually at retail price.

Wrong price - expired food - rudeness
I had to take pictures of price tags trying to correct the cashier on the product price . She didn’t care and continued with her attitude
At home I Found 9 months expired packs. I took them back with receipt for return. The cashier screamed at my face in Chinese language and completely ignored me.

SUPER overcrowded, yet the staff do nothing to help and instead completely ignore you. When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, some men were literally fighting and yelling at the entrance, and the security guard was just standing there watching. The fighting went on for at least 5 minutes. I felt unsafe.

There are so many people that you are constantly being pushed and trampled, or being cut in line.

On top of that, the produce isn’t even fresh! It’s all old-looking and slightly black/brown. This was on a high volume, Saturday afternoon, when the produce is supposedly at its best, so imagine how bad it is on a weekday.

AND the vegetables are all packed in HUGE bags. there is no way a small family of 4 or fewer could even eat that many vegetables before they go bad!

Also takes forever to park because the parking attendant stands by and DOES NOTHING while people wait for others to back up and hold up the only lane available for cars entering.

HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT come here. You will regret it.

Place is over priced, and doesn’t offer other variety of stuff that’s healthier. No organic products and doesn’t look clean. Just came in for peanut butter and some ice cream. Place looks like and is still offering same brand stuff from 2007! Just a pint of ice cream was 7.99 but yet it said it was 5.99 didn’t bother to argue with the price, didn’t expect much from a low quality supermarket. 😒

First time in this market and it was great. They have a wide selection of dry, fresh, and frozen food. Even some Latin brands, which I appreciated! I like how organized everything is and though it was a bit busy it didn't feel too cramped.

Great asian supermarket with large variety of produce, meat, seafood, and imported goods. Great lower prices compared to Chinatown. Large freezer section, tons of spices from southeast asian countries. Large selectrion of fish, shellfish as well as frozen, canned and dried types. Traditional veggies you can't find in westwern supermarkets. And of court tons of sweets for the kids big and small.

Their cashiers are not just rude also racist. I can’t believe one of the cashier refuse to give me a single plastic bag and yelled at me, when she gave the exact same plastic bag to her own kind of people. I wonder if their manager has ever told them about customer service. First, they need to learn some basic manners and their duties. Going to this store is totally nightmare.
