The customer service for this company is top notch. There was a slight delay with the shipper getting the items I ordered over to U.S. Packaging for them to send to me. The correspondence I had with customer service at U.S Packaging was prompt and they were very understanding. At the end of the day, U.S. Packaging took care of the issue and refunded the shipping cost as a result of the delay. I did not ask for the shipping refund but their kind gesture for sure will make me a return customer. Thank you for being such a great company!
