Don't believe the reviews with more than 1 star. I almost never review shippers, but all the negative reviews for this location are 100% true. I arrived for my appointment and waited 2.5 hours just to get my door assignment. Another 2 hours goes by before dispatch called to ask what's going on. Checked with lumper service, "Oh, there was no room on your door, so they're just starting to unload you now." It's now 14:30, and still waiting for them to unload and process paperwork. Yes, I brought a HUGE load, probably more freight than this building can normally hold... it's 2 whole entire pallets... I'm not sure how they'll find the space for all that freight inside... 🙄

Do they have overnight parking? No, but if my 2 pallets are anything to go by, you can probably finish a 10 just waiting for them to eventually think about maybe starting to unload you.

Very friendly staff. That’s always enjoyable.

I was late. - my own fault. There is a late fee.

7am appointment
11am arrival
2:30 pm Paperwork in hand.

They let me in without rescheduling. Can’t complain.

Didn’t take too long to get a door. You have to drop trailer at door and park bobtail in waiting area. I love this because it makes it easier to back. It would be impossible if everyone was still connected.

175 lumper / 180 cases, roughly 6 pallets.

Lady at the check in desk likes mini blueberry muffins 😉 maybe has something to do with getting a door right away …. Just saying

Very great experience with the security staff and getting loaded, the only issue is as a first-year driver, their yard dog makes it very hard to be able to back in on the first try due to the way he crowds trailers along the dock area

Are they union? That would explain a lot. Mostly I think they're just lazy or maybe union🤔
14 pallets, 5 hours. I've waited longer for less pallets at a different US foods. So it's not a record. But still. What the hell is the problem? US foods is always always S L O W no matter where I go. Do they pay you more to drag your feet?
Avoid US foods wherever you can😎

Meeting time is 7:00 am. At 6:00 a security guard came up, wrote down the phone number and took away the documents. Exactly at 7:00 called and gave the door. At 10:00 unloading is completed. Issued a check for unloading, received the documents. Everything went well. On the adjacent street there is a place for overnight parking. There is no toilet for drivers.

This place is the worst US foods I have ever been to. You have an appointment time and all the girls in the office. Do whatever they want when they want. I come here twice a week and on Monday I spent 5 1/2 hours here. I’m here today. I had a 7 AM appointment and I’m still waiting for a phone call to go to a door. They’re rude inside they’re nasty and they just don’t care about anyone and they just do things whenever they feel like it. Avoid this place like the plague.

I had a good experience here half a load 1.5 hrs from my appointment time ,average 120.00 cash lumper, had to disconnect from trailer and bobtail by guard shack

Arrived 0700, in a door about 0745. Unloaded 1620. I'll never be back. Let them haul their own freight
