They don't care about you. checked in at 1:55am unloaded at 3:30am paid lumper at 4:00am now 8am and still waiting for a paperwork. Terrible parking to the dock. Very little parking. Back-up only.

in my opinion, the company's management should review the unloading rules. I mean after the driver parks the trailer, he should drop the trailer and drive out of the facility so that other drivers can park more easily

My first time here was awesome! Great staffing. Street parking available, Receiving starts at 2am. Small room for 53, and every truck has to back up going into entrance from the street. Hats off to all the trucker brothers for drop and hook to help one another. Overall, it was a great experience. Keep up the great work team💪

docks are very tight no turnaround back up from street in and out in two hours but Yard is free in the morning near 2 AM so if you are new driver check in early near 1:40 am

They open 2 AM don’t forget take a back in because they’re not have space to turn around very tight place to back in door. They always charge them for fees. Have restroom inside thank you. Good luck truckers👍

Parking here nightmare. Take 40 to get in. Park outside . Check in . Start to backup from street. After door8 you gonna need someone help to backup . Good people working here. It is okay to come early if it is same day.

Come in on 40th, park on the street and check in at the office up the stairs near dock 24. Docking is pretty tight after dock 20, but before that it's not too bad. Just get your ass out and look cause I've seen plenty of accidents here.

I would say the most difficult part is backing from the street into the yard. It can be stressful with trucks waiting on you but don't be a dumbass and take your time. Took about 2 hours from checking in to papers in my hand. Good luck

By far, this is the worst US Foods location I have ever had to deliver for. Backing is a complete nightmare! I don't care if they're nice people. If you have to drive over a curb just to back into the main gate, then something needs to change. They should find a way to allow safe U-turns in the facility, and they should schedule appointments to utilize only every other dock door or have drivers disattach from their trailers to then park somewhere else. More room is the answer! To all of the super truckers out there, you're just making things worse. The trucking industry acts according to the average driver. If you're encouraging this kind of treatment, you're only going to see more of it. Get out and look is one thing, but you should never be expected to risk your CDL for a backing that shouldn't even exist!

I been driving for 15 years. This place isnt the worst but its definitely up there.

•Wierd S-Turn back from the street and tight.
•office staff is rude, were quite snappy and quippy
•no restroom
•lumper scam
•4 hour unload
•didnt even take all their product off, so now I have to dispose of several pallets of product

Its hitting all the hallmarks of a terrible receiver.
