My business has been trying to be a customer for several months. I have an account set up and a customer number. However, communication with this company is extremely poor. I have no way of placing an order, knowing what my options are or knowing what the current pricing is. My sales rep has been missing for months. Customer service keeps telling me someone will contact me, but nothing ever happens.
It's such a shame. We try to support not only local businesses, but our neighbors who are part of the cooperative. Unfortunately they are schackled by incompetence.

No yard operater on second shift. Arrived at the beginning of scheduled recieving hours. Was told that I won't be able to get in the bay till 11:30 pm.please communicate this information with carrier reps prior when orders are placed so the driver hour are not burned from sitting and waiting for a yard operater to pull trailers out of a bay.

Unbelievable! This has to be a record. Checked in, live loaded and back on the road in 15 minutes. That's faster than a drop and hook. Great people to work with and professional.

I’m a Truck Driver, been to Buffalo NY several times but never here. Today was my first, had a 12 noon appointment, arrived at 11:20am, got a door at 11:35am, and was out with my load at 12:45pm. The Shipping guy was professional and nice. Hope to do more business here soon.

Watch what they stamp on bills. Had a 13:00 appointment which I was 45mins early for they put on bills I didn't arrive until 15:00 and that trailer was loaded by 17:30. Reality I arrived 12:10 and didn't get the bills until 17:45.

Great company. very nice people work. I arrived at the pickup truck and after 10 minutes my trailer was already loading. 40 minutes and they let me go. I would like all the companies to load our trailers like this company.

All delivery drivers be weary of delivering to upstate farms I just did a delivery to a Cora who was very rude she came across as I was doing her a favor trucking her smoothies & food 40 minutes & getting stuck behind a big truck while trying to navigate thru there huge parking lot never agin
