Unither management is a big joke. No one really knows what they are doing. They treat you like garbage. Treat employees with disrespect then wonder why people get angry and quit. They cannot even keep people in HR. This place has gone downhill for the last 5 years. Second shift was great but never got the respect they deserve. Same as C shift. Lots of great people who do the jobs but no recognition or pay. Managers in charge of departments that have no clue how to run it. Most management have no people skills. Best advice keep looking for a job instead of going there.

I've been with Unither for a little over a year. It has been a great experience which has presented numerous opportunities for learning & growth. I have found the culture to be accepting and supportive. Every organization has its challenges and I feel that the leadership team has been open to feedback and willing to take the necessary actions to respond.

Worked here for about 6 months or less.. My co worker used to say derogatory things about unaliving folks in the LGBTQ+ population.. I asked them to do something about it. we got into an argument and I was terminated he was allowed to keep his employment.. terrible no support !

Not the greatest company to work for. Management has no care about employees. You will be asked and mandated that you will have to do other tasks that were not explained in the interview. If you are a good employee then they will just overwork you and shatter your work life balance. Think twice if you're a qualified worker.

Pay is decent, most non-management employees are good to work with.
Toxic culture, unprofessional/disrespectful management, blatant inappropriate conduct, highly stressful environment, no communication between departments, management has no knowledge of what other people's job functions are or how much time it takes to complete tasks. Non-supervisor/manager employees are not valued or respected.

The pay is ok for the job you do. However, management cannot figure out simple scheduling for their orders and enforce Mandatory Overtime to make up for those ineptitudes. Management style is also one of intimidation (threatening your job if you won't/can't do the overtime) and support for employees who also use intimidation and "inform" on other employees. The machines constantly break down adding more time to complete orders which then exasperates the scheduling problems. That leads to them blaming workers for missed due dates. Experienced workers are leaving quickly and properly training new recruits has fallen to alarming dysfunction. At the time, several of their high end contracts are threatening to end relations with them due to delayed orders and numerous errors (questionable paperwork, errors in labeling and packaging, ect) in the orders. A once great place to work (1970's - late 1990's) has now collapsed. I find it hard to tell if the sever ineptitude and lack of knowledge on how to manage people and business is just their management style or if they are purposefully trying to shut the place down. If you want to work here and love constant stress, confusion and no means of advancement in your work day, you will do well here until they close. Otherwise avoid this location as means of employment. For those of you who use the medicines/medications: Delsym, Keppra, Cimzia, Zimpat and Metelezone please be aware these may be in short supply soon. Also that the manufacturing/packager that the owners of these brand names use has fallen to disrepair due to improper training and machine malfunctions.

Unither has been nothing but great to me this far. Just recently hired 3mnths ago, I have no complaints. Yes it's a clean room environment where you gown up with a hair net no makeup jewelry or fake nails( that's pain right there lol) What I use to make every two weeks I get now in 1, and love that I get paid weekly now. I was prt of the BFS project and got a nice bonus!! Management is great and even if someone doesn't have the answer then and there they will find the answer. I'm a hard worker and love that most are in the same boat. My fellow employees are pretty cool too. We get the job done....period.

Terrible place to work, company doesn't know how to manage, non communication from upper management to lower management. They tell you one thing and do not follow through. Supervisors do not take anything serious and play favoritism.
