This wasn't as bad a I thought after reading the other reviews. My appointment was at 12AM. I got there at 11:15 and told me to come back at 11:30..I'm guessing because of shift change because there was another guy at the guard house after I looped around and came back. Being one of the first appointments is your best bet because you easily park against the fence, fill out check in paper, go check in, they'll give you a door and then you'll back into that door. The annoying part is that the staging is directly across from the docks. This causes all the chaos. So, you have people trying to stage, people trying to dock, and people trying to get out all in one place. Expect to spend 6-8 hours there. After you're unloaded you'll have to go back to stage across from the docks. This is chaotic. Overall, I didn't get bent out of shape over the experience. This was an unloading experience. I don't know how a loading experience would be.

The check in isn't as bad as everyone posted. They won't let you check in more than an hour early and it opens at 11pm. They have a 5 min wait per truck to combat how busy it gets. Walk into door 42 and lady may give you a door.(Shes cute😍) It took a total of 7 hours (1hr early) no overnight parking.

Yep. Every review is 100% correct. Chaos! Be sure to ask and sweat check-in window hard for a UNFI detention form. You'll be here for a while. Now, drivers, we're a part of the very big problem here. No patience for one another, in a hurry to wait! For what? Give that next driver the few mins they need to get situated. Wear a vest if you're walking the lot. Management, yall should be ashamed of the culture you've created here.

Every Single 1 Star review is dead on! Although the people are super friendly, they lack respect for drivers time! Owner Ops, stay away from this place!! And although I'm not an o/o this place caused my company $303 dollars in late fees for my next load pickup. As well as causing me to run completely out of hrs by the time I made it to my pickup. I had to PC to the truck stop due to that. Not to mention having my delivery appointment getting rescheduled for the next day due to the domino effect they caused after the trailer unload. So if you don't want to experience what I and all the other reviewers did, Do Not Deliver here! This place Sucks when it comes to respecting a driver's time! You've Been Warned

If you are not skilled enough don’t bother to come here
Checkin 1hr before appt. Time and ll take 4,5 hr total for paperwork but you have to leave dock in 1,2 hr after offloading
You can park truck in other buildings nearby for overnight

My second time to deliver here and surely, nothing has changed. 4 am appointment, arrived 7 pm, had to look for where to park, 2 am was on line, letting in one truck every after like 40 minutes, getting through the gate by 4.48 am ,given a door at 8 30 am and am still waiting to be unloaded. Spend here nearly 12 hours last time.

They are seriously WORST of the WORST!!!
My first and last time at this stupid place!
Checked in at 2 AM for 3 AM apt. I was told to park against the fence which had no spots available from all the trucks and empty trailers. I got the door at 5:30 AM. They started unloading me at 9
AM. I got the green light at 10:22 AM. I waited until 12:03 for paperwork.
Never ever coming here again because I don't have to. And I really feel sorry for anyone that has to come to this place. 👎👎👎👎👎 —⭐️

The system here is horrible. And really no space to maneuver without almost hitting another semi. Not to mention limited to no parking due to the amount of inbound trucks they have coming in. Got unloaded within 2 hours then had to pull from my door and find parking near by to wait on lumper and paperwork.
