Never have I been so impressed with this facility. Shipping staff was kind, helpful and professional. Usually at UNFI waiting for 3 to 4 hours. I was unloaded, paid lumper fee, and signed put in less than 2hrs. Outstanding!

The overnight parking, restroom and service was perfect! Grade: A+

Delivered a refer load here and my experience here was good✅. Appointment time was 1am checked in at 12am was out with signed BOL in hand At 1:30am. There is a staging area where you can park and sleep if you show up super early. They only take you 1 hour before your appointment time. First check in with security guard then in receiving office there was a loooong queue for check in. ‼️Make sure to wear safety vest while checking in. i see her kicking out drivers from queue who don’t have their safety vest on. Once unloaded will get text for lumper.Unloading done by capstone so be ready to pay huge lumper fee. They only accept online payments.

Absolutely exceeded expectations for this delivery. Having read the reviews was fully prepared for a long wait. Checked in at 12:30 for a 2am appt. Was given a door by 1:00 am. Was unloaded with paperwork in hand by 2:45. Exceptional for this area and the reviews. They have large staging area prior to gate and check in is at 444 around the facility

Driver was checked in @ 250am for his 430am appt. He just left 1130am. Lost my reload, no layover from broker and no one taking any responsibility. Why would anyone deliver here after reading this? get more money from broker

Fast way to get unloaded. They open check in office at midnight. Just go nd get in a line as soon aa possible nd check in. My appointment time was 1:30 am checked in 12:00 nd they gave door checked out 2:15.

I have picked up the load and deliver 1st drop in Northern California yogurt and light load all Good and arrived in UNFI Riverside ca in the Southern California to drop my last 2nd drop they open and removed the pallets and then put it back in and in pictures u see how they look no damaged but they refuse the load Capstone guys shouldn’t have try to remove it at 1st place it’s not Good Experience they did not put an effort to fix this or they not spose to touch it and refuse that would have been ok after offloading and then load in again that’s what was wrong of them

I was their face painter at the special event they had for their employees at Halloween. They were very nice and I hope to be there Clown again one day.!
