I had an 0800 apt, I had arrived at 0722 got a dock at 1100 and finished unloaded by 1140. I had one truck in front of me. I had to park outside of the facility at a small gravel lot before I got my door. Overall not to bad. Kind of tight but not bad, I just had to move some pallets and a boxtruck out of the way.

I usually never have issues getting loaded or unloaded at chicken places. I’ve been here since 8am yesterday morning. It has now been 24 hours. I’ve been calling intermittently, checking in on their progress. Spoke to someone yesterday at 1 pm and 3pm and they said they were backed up and behind with one working dock only—cool, I was being patient. Spoke to someone at 6pm and she said “we didn’t even know you were out there waiting” cuz apparently they switched shifts at 5 pm!!! Now I’ve been dealing with this person and they’ve been trying to assure me that they will get to me ASAP before the next shift switch at 5 am…NOBODY CALLED ME OR EVEN CAME TO GET ME! 24 FREAKING HOURS LATER AND I’M STILL NOT UNLOADED!

Wish it had a minus rating worse place to load ever don't ever take a load to this place or from been burned to many times here. Worst place to deliver , came in at 7:30Am and out 12 midnight no other truck was in the yard , it took them 15 hours to unload on a slow day ,now imagine a busy day , I had to cancel my other load , I know I am never coming back to this place ever again

Been waiting over 12 hours to get unloaded. The yard is a nightmare to get in and out of. There's random trailers EVERYWHERE. No where for you to park your truck to wait half a day or longer to be unloaded. I should've never took this load.
NEVER delivering here again. Time is money.

They confirm appointment times at 0500. Their shift change is between 0400 and 0600. I got there at 0430 and didn't get unloaded till 0845. You back your trailer down a ramp that has about 4 inches of chicken liquid pooling at the bottom. It is quite gross.

Yes sir , the reveus are rite, they take forever , I was the only truck it took 3 hrs 45 I try being positive all those reviews are 1000 percent tru , no buying tayson food no more no more.
