These people are not in any hurry to get trucks loaded. I’m picking up a load of paper rolls. I’ve picked up paper rolls at many different places all over the South East and Midwest. On average it takes most places around 30min to an hour to get these rolls loaded depending on how many trucks are ahead of you. I’ve been sitting at the doc for 2 hours next to another truck who was already sitting there when I got here. They haven’t even turned the red light on at the doc yet. I finally called them to ask what the hold up was. He told me their working on it. I told him nobody’s back here doing anything at all & haven’t been for a long time now. He told me “we get paid by the hour”. I told him once we start our clocks we can’t stop them. We lose whatever time we sit here and can’t get it back & I’m trying to get home. He said the loaders working on it. I told him no he’s not nobody’s back here doing anything at all. I told him most places load these 6 rolls in like 15 to 20 min & that’s just true. He then hung up on me. So just know if you come here to pick up a load of paper rolls your most likely gonna be sitting here for hours. Especially if there’s other trucks ahead of you & this is a busy place most of the time. What really sucks is I have to come back here for another reload in 3 days! I’m going to get to find a better reload. Hope this warning helps whoever sees this.

Pretty easy navigation around here. Parking on the right side of road right before you enter facility. Nice people! Not too bad wait time!

Just depends on how busy they're how fast they get you unloaded, come right before quitting time and they're fast. Overnight parking available, limited tho.

They are always really friendly, and they have a blower, so you can blow out your trailer. Best paper mill I've ever been to.

Loading takes 2hours. Been waiting for 4 hours until the guy come outside and told my paperwork isn’t ready and have to let the other drivers pass. 0 respect for elogs lost like 7hours to just get loaded came in 7am out 2pm
