Took our machine in before Thanksgiving. No communication about status updates and then took a month and a half to fix it. We got it back to discover none of the regular maintenance items were done. Fluids weren’t topped off and the axel wasn’t fixed like we had asked. Horrible customer service. Multiple people were not happy when we were there, complaining that their stuff wasn’t fixed correctly either. I don’t recommend taking machines here. Smaller shops will have better service.

This is the place you need to buy your commercial lawn equipment from if you are a professional. You also need to talk with Tre Watts because this guy knows the product he is selling.

I went in looking for a Pro 34 but the Zstance 32 was right next to it so I was able to compare the two mowers. Tre was very knowledgeable about the differences in the two mowers and he let me test drive the Zstance which sold me. Tre was not pushy and gave me straight answers so I could make a good decision.

There is one other thing that impressed me. Tre was even able to show me where all the filter change locations where and the intervals on when to change the fluids. Tre goes above expectations.
