Went in to get a bunch of cheese and the guy helping us was super helpful but the manager (or owner?) told him not to offer us samples (we didn’t ask) and then when we wanted truffle cheese she said we couldn’t have any because she’s allergic (ironic since it’s the truffle cheese shop) and then they sold us a different pre cut left over cheese saying it’s the same. Would not recommend..

I just wanted to take a cheese making class. Fiancee reserved a class around my birthday. Turns out, something was wrong with the booking system. They moved us about a month later. A month later, they moved us a SECOND time to later in the week. I took some time off work for this, as soon as we get there, it's closed The fact that there is literally no communication is insane, I would've loved to know before hand if the class got cancelled before I took some PTO i have worked around my daily schedule for this. So the fact that I've prepared myself for this, only for the store to be closed is the most irritating moment of my life.
I beg of you to give your money to some place else. They will not respect your time. 🫠

I would never come to this cheese shop again. I am completely disappointed by the lack of customer service. After calling for multiple days, no one returned my call so I decided to go into the cheese shop today. I arrived with my service animal, and provided proper documentation. And the woman who works there was completely out of line. She told me she would only serve me and my service dog if we were served outside. I felt completely disrespected and embarrassed to be there because I wasn’t able to receive the service I should have. She has violated ADA service animal laws by not allowing service to us in the shop. The ADA law in Colorado states that both state civil rights laws and the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), people with disabilities can bring their service animals to all public places and on all forms of public transportation. The woman who was working today, was 100% breaking the law by the way she treated me today. Since my dog is legally allowed in all public spaces, he is allowed in the store and we should not have been asked to be served outside legally. If you have a service animal be warned, she is rude and not personable. I am a huge supporter of local businesses and as a chef who often procures fine cheeses for personal and professional needs, I cannot support this organization. Well, she might have an amazing selection of cheeses, I wouldn’t ever go there again. Instead I would recommend St. Kilian’s cheese shop. The man there was wonderful. He commented on how well behaved my dog was, gave him treats and treated us so well. They have a wonderful selection of cheeses and additional options to make a perfect cheese board.

Walked in yesterday totally ignorant about cheese and how they pair with beer. The guy there not only greeted and acknowledged me when I walked in, he also had amazing knowledge and patience to ensure I made the appropriate cheese and meats decision for several charcuterie boards I was assigned to prepare for my boss. Needless to say, I walked out feeling confident about executing my assignment, the boards turned out great and the boss is happy! Thanks Truffle Shop for making my cheese buying experience painless.

Loved this shop! Curious I wanted to make my own cheese board the people here were so kind and helped me with the cheeses 🧀 that would go well with red wine 🍷.
The cheeses I purchased were
- Guntensberg
- Crottin de Champcol
- and another peppercorn cheese (lost the lable)
Goat Cow and Sheep cheese!
I learned more about what cheese goes good with what and gained a bigger appreciation for smaller local businesses thanks guys you made my experience a memory ill cherish! 🤗

I had a wine and cheese party to attend and the cheese monger made me look like a superstar. His selections were right for the occasion. The quality and flavor of the selection was perfect. He even wrapped my purchase in a gift bag. Great service and knowledge.
