The guy here is super kind. They sold me two plants in one pot and at the price of one plant. They have lots of annuals. So fair. Such a good plants and very knowledgeable. Ask them about every plant they’ll help! The owner helped us twice about the plant we have at home not even bought from here. Buy from these people instead of making Home Depot richer. Help and support the community. These are our people

Here’s the full story for the 2 stars review you asked for.
Went looking around last Sat and I saw the pile at the corner of the nursery that looks like last season’s sad plants. Some in the pile have the tag with sale price and no nursery guarantee listed on them like boxwoods and ligustrums.
I found this Japanese maple with the ends trimmed off with sale price tag for 35. Was excited that found a steal so I went to get a cart and bring this tree to the checkout. The cashier wasn’t sure if a MSRP 399 plant could be marked down to 35 so she asked for some other employee to verify. That’s pretty fair. But the guy that came to price check already seemed pretty annoyed when he showed up. Upon explaining how I found this plant at the corner he just said that this is impossible and took the plant right away like I was trying to con my way out with that Japanese maple. There is a better way to say the price was placed incorrectly but the whole experience is just rude and uncomfortable. Happy not to shop here again.

Huge selection. Lots of colors and variety.
They have lots of choices but not all necessarily in great condition. Majority of plants though were very beautiful. Their Tropicals seemed to suffer the most, which is expected in this region.
The staff was so helpful. They were patient and kind, lead us around instead of just pointing to a general location
This place could easily incorporate a small food farm stand and refreshments with a seating area and allow visitors to just enjoy all the massive greenery.

What a beautiful place to visit. Love their plants. They have a great variety and I think their prices are on par with other companies in the area. I'm always looking for shade loving plants and they have a better selection than most. Very happy with the Coral bells that I got there recently

Troy Landscape Supply has a HUGE selection for outdoor plants and a good variety of indoor plans. I went in looking for indoor plants and was very pleased. Abby was super friendly and the store was very clean, and I look forward to revising!

We get our Christmas tree from them every year and every year they help us find the perfect one! They are so friendly and helpful. We love also love the little store in the back!!

I will never go to troy landscaping. save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else for better prices and service. An employee there told me the rabbits they kept in the greenhouse DIED from neglect and overheating. Disgusting.
