Great old school butcher. Amazing selection. However, if you are old and expect to save money buying from the source or think they might sell some scrap cheep ... $5 for a soup bone. A bare bone people! Price gouging is disgraceful. Shame on all of you. Broke my freaking heart. Yeah, I bought it this time; it's not worth the BS to bother going here again. I'm deeply disappointed.

The Best Bacon My Family has EVER had, Every time we buy it! But everything is amazing, from the bacon, to steaks, chicken, lunch meat & cheese, snack sausages, hams, and even frozen fish. It's simply an amazing hidden gem that more folks need to discover!

Amazing service and excellent products. The staff are some of the best. Not only do they know about the products, they know how to prepare them as well. They smoke the bacon on site and you can have it any thickness that you want. They spend hours making their own roast beef and smoked sausages just right. Summer sauge in multiple recipes and multiple cuts of elk and bison. They also maintain an entire inventory if you make your own products at home. Excellent frozen fish selection including walleye, mahi mahi, red snapper, and flounder. A sperate freezer by the checkout has shrimp and scallops as well. This is the local butcher shop you wish you had for your entire life.

I am so excited to Shop with Troy Foods. They are very helpful, and patient. I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in. But, it was a hell of an experience for me and my husband. I would recommend anyone that want fresh meat and food service to give them a try....

Mostly just go here to have deer butchered. They do a great job! Actually, they do an AMAZING job!! Could not believe how much meat they got off of the deer, and hardly wasted a THING! I got some sort of sausage there that was delicious, too. Nice folks! Good selections.

Great, long time family business. Great quality meats, and so much more. My go to shop for sausage, snack stick and jerky making seasonings and casings. Just good, knowledgeable folks to do business with. Good deer processing service for hunters too.
