I was experiencing an ongoing problem. Whenever I shifted the lever which moved the blades down to get a closer shave(so to speak) the drive belt would slip off disengaging the blades. Very frustrating. They fixed that and a few other things. Excellent service and nice people! Mowing is fun again. Well, as much fun as possible anyway.
