I am happy to find an Asian food wholesale distributor in Sacramento. They have lots of good deals if you’re going to buy more. However, the prices may not be much lower if you purchase a single item. They’re open to the public without membership or restrictions. The store is clean and easy to navigate. However, not all the items are priced. The checkout is fast and smooth. The lady at the checkout counter is very friendly and polite.

One of the worst customer services at a market place I have ever been to. The owner herself treated me with no respect.
Went there today to purchase a few items. Came to the check out counter and the owner mentioned how some of these items were priced differently because I was buying half a case instead of whole case. However, I mentioned to her that how would I know this information if you never put up a price tag or notes to state that half a case is priced differently than a full case?
She then said that customers who buy things here know the rule. Well, it is my first time coming here and your store doesn’t label things clearly. How am I supposed to know? She then get all offensive and told her worker to out up the price label for none whole sale purchases.
NOT a single apology coming from her since she didn’t not label things clearly and caused confusion for the buyers. First time and will be last time coming here.

Crazy how our business just started using Tri-Foods for some of our products for our bubble tea shop and everything was going smooth until I realized I forgot to grab caps for the half gallon jugs we purchased yesterday. She told me it was $0.08 each cap and when I realized I forgot, she told me it’s $0.10 each because she looked at it wrong. I asked why it changed and she got mad and thought I was trippin off the additional $0.02 per jug and said they’re sold out now and will not sell to me 😂 Ok lady… back to our OG suppliers from SJ, we go ✌🏼

The worst place to buy crawfish. Spent almost $400 on crawfish, but nearly half were small size and dead ones. We brought our own ice chest to transport the crawfish back home. Upon pouring them in, I noticed the crawfish weren't moving/crawling as much like the live ones would. Despite this, the owner persistently assured me that they were freshly delivered. The lady, assumed to be the owner, claimed they were kept in the refrigerator and the cold shocked them, causing them to have less movement. Unimpressed on my face, the owner told another older lady worker to add on 3-4 scoops of crawfish to my ice chest in a rudely manner, she insisting it was an additional 5-6 pounds free of charge, that I should be happy. However, the small scoops barely amounted to 1 pound, and that lady's persistent reminders of her supposed generosity grew super annoying to me. I had a big party to cook for that day, so I opted for a nearby company, which I trusted after seeing them advertised on social media. However, after cooking 61 pounds of crawfish, I was left disappointed with numerous small size and soggy ones, which were clearly dead already. We had to discard a significant amount of soggy crawfish after cooking it, as we didn't want to risk getting sick. We had a large group of family and friends talking about how small of those crawfish were and that they would only be good for fishing bait. The company had falsely advertised their live crawfish on Facebook “Sacramento Food” only showing healthy-sized crawfish in their photos. Avoid wasting your money and time on a seafood company that falsely advertises its products. First and last time my family and friends will be supporting this company. Tell your loved ones to refrain from supporting this business and take their money elsewhere to other honest businesses.
