I love Trenchers fresh frozen pasta. It is the best! The special online cooking class series they provided the winters of 2024 and 2025 were exceptional. I will be coming back for more when they offer them. Everyone should join in! They are so enjoyable and the pasta dishes that are a result of them are also exceptional. Your family and friends will be amazed!

A unique farm stand specializing in fresh pastas and sauces. We’ve tried a few varieties from the Montpelier farmers market and wanted to make the trek out to Lyndon.
Picked up some bucatini, gnocchi and a few sauces. All was delicious and fresh.

There is truly nothing better than trencher's farmhouse if you want a taste of Italy here in Vermont. Everything is made with so much love and fresh ingredients and you can tell with every bite! We love the creative sauces and homemade gluten-free pasta! The tiramisu, which I can eat because it's gluten-free, is one of the most fabulous, decadent foods you won't even feel guilty eating because it's just that delicious. Everything we have tried from this farm has been over the top delicious. Thank you, Giacomo and your team for all of your hard work and bringing some Italy to Vermont!

I found Trenchers Farmhouse pasta at the Stowe Vermont farmer’s market. The owner was very kind and helpful. The pasta is absolutely amazing, better than any fresh pasta I have tried, just as wonderful as the pasta I had in Italy.

I'm not sure where to even begin! I stumbled upon Trenchers one day online and was instantly intrigued. Everything they made looked beautiful and was mouth watering. I was lucky enough to meet them at the Littleton Farmers Market and since then, my life is 10000% better. Their homemade pasta is unbelievable, once you try it you'll never buy stale pasta on the grocery store shelf again. The owners are so kind, incredibly talented and bring their skills from working in some of the best kitchens in the world to VT, we're so lucky to have them in the Northeast Kingdom. Pasta isn't all they do, you can get ready to bake pasta dishes, incredible Italian desserts and if you're lucky enough to snag some, fresh bomboloni at the Farmers Markets!

My wife and I bought pasta , Capelli d' Angelo and Roasted garlic and Tomato sauce at a New Hampshire FARMERS MARKET.
We just thought we would give it a try. WOW!! Its the best pasta meal I've had all year! At home or at a Italian Restaurant !

Now we have to figure out how we can get more. We bought the ingredients 2 months ago and froze it! STILL A 5 STAR MEAL! TRY IT!
