Incredible nonprofit organization helping to replant tree cover worldwide- primarily focusing in Haiti, Jamaica, DR, Barbados..etc. Have donated over 6,000+ trees to Barbados alone the past few years. Dedicated to decarbonization, reforestation, improving soil quality and healthy food access, supporting community networks and marginalized populations. Adamant supporters of the breadfruit tree - providing more than just food but also jobs (making breadfruit flower, chips, breadfruit pasta, etc.) livelihoods and small agroforestry plot based food sovereignty. They also support youth sustainability education, teaching youth about the environment and different varieties of fruit trees. Run by a great team. Reliable, consistent, tracks tree health and longevity for donors. Great educators and collaborators.

Trees That Feed Foundation (TTFF) is a remarkable charity that my husband and I proudly prioritize every year in our annual giving. Their work to empower local farmers and entrepreneurs is incredibleโ€”they facilitate independent farming, sustainable agricultural practices while feeding people! The founders have local ties and ensure the funds are properly spent and accounted for. We proudly talk about TTFF when friends who are environmentally conscious are looking to donate.

I'm a repeat donor to Trees That Feed Foundation because I'm moved by their mission to plant trees to help the environment, feed people, and help families earn money. They don't just plant trees and leave -- they're focused on the entire environmental and food cycle. They also use nearly all of the money donated to plant trees, unlike some charities that spend a lot of their donations on costly overhead. I'm proud to support this excellent organization.
