Very accommodating place to deliver.

They are quick, helpful and also kind.
Park your truck as closeer to the rear as you can.

This is a FIFO facility so probably your appointment time doesn't matter as long as you are here in the early morning.

They unloaded 7 trucks in 2 hours that I watched.

At 5 AM, a very friendly gentleman will come to get your shipping document to your truck and advice you to rearrange the parking and also will help you park as well in case if you need.

And they will call when your turn comes. I didn't receive the call so the gentleman, who comes to check you in, came again to my truck. Woke me up. Helped with back up as well.

They also have a clean washroom inside the facility. You just need to ask someone and from my experience, they will love to help you.

As a Canadian, I liked their politeness a lot.

Thank you for such a great experience. I am definitely asking my dispatch to get this load repetitively.

Plus, the way they unload cucumbers is worth watching. A little niagra fall to me!! 😜😜

This place is a JOKE for unloading. Take breaks every 2 hrs. No consideration for truckers time. Going on to 7 hrs and still haven't started unloading. Only positive can stay night on the street. Have a full clock when arriving and no reload lined up otherwise you will miss your reload dock appointment. Also don't hall cucumbers it took 7hrs to load so going on to 14+ hrs total dock time for load. 😡😡😡😡

I'm going to give it a 4 star. Ok so I'm picking up, so when you come down the street best thing to do is park infront of the loading dock. The shipping office is on the west end of the loading docks. They put me in a door right away I didn't have to park on the street. I gave it 4 stars because there isn't anywhere to park, it's craziness where people expect you to park these big semi trucks. People nice, street parking bad. The docks are extremely tight. I'm 21 year veteran and I had to be really careful not to hit the truck beside me. Ok guys good luck typical Chicago trucking.

Appointment was at 0600. Was in dock at 0550 and unloaded by 0645. Overnight parking on street. It is a dead end street. Guy will knock on ur door early morning and let u know what u have to do. There is enough room to pull in and dock on the delivery side. Nice ppl and friendly.

Very slow unloading. Delivery takes forever. Firstly they don’t care about appointment time for delivery. They take in as first come first serve and the line starts on the street so try to get there overnight and park on the street. They opens up at 5 am. I Checked in at 5 am and got door at 11 am and unloaded at 1 pm. What a nightmare. Never coming back here

Great people but no room to park & wait. Street gets pretty crazy & the docks are very tight. I had to have my load reworked & they did get right on it. Giving 4 stars only because of the street & docks
