Kayla at Tree farm lofts is beyond helpful and amazing. She answers any and all questions and goes above and beyond. The units are gorgeous with new appliances and great views! The amenities itself are amazing and always clean. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended living here as it is a community not just an apartment.

I am grateful to Judy, snd Kayla for outstanding assistance, and patience with my move into my new apartment at Tree Farm Lofts here in Basalt. We have had some hurdles but they have been amazing in working with us and helping with our particular needs.
Chris also has been prompt and courteous when needed to take care of small maintenance problems.
I love my new beautiful home and am looking forward to making this my permanent homestead.

I’ve lived here for a month and I have greatly enjoyed it! The amenities are top tier and better than anything else I’ve seen in the valley at a comparable price point. Judy was extremely helpful with the process and Kayla is vey nice and also helpful. My only note to ownership would be that a heating component needs to be added to the pool so it can be used year round. A heated pool would be a very valuable amenity in my opinion.

I love living here! Gorgeous units, super close to town but peaceful and nice lake views on this side of the highway. Judy and Kayla are always super helpful and accommodating. Scott is very responsive and stays on top of any service issues I have. Thanks guys!!

I am surprise this apartment complex has good reviews. This place is only good to live at if you are on the top floor. Other than that you will hear constant banging, stepping, and noise from the people above you. I constantly hear complaints from the people on my floor as well as experience it myself. Also, there’s people that leaves things out in the hall like there skis, shoes, clothes, or trash. The gym has been missing wipes for a week straight. The quality of the items in the apartment seems low and the price of the apartment is very high as well as the deposit. There package system is a mess. All of our packages are in the front room of the clubhouse open to the public and all over the floor. It’s very unorganized and hard to walk through. The only good thing about this place is it has good veiws from the apartment and the maintenance staff responded and fixed the problem that I had quickly.
