These guys are awesome! The process of buying my TYM 2515 was quick and painless. Went from stopping by to look to having my tractor delivered in 4 days. I even had an minora issue with a hydraulic quick disconnect about an hour after delivery and they were back within 15 minutes and got my tractor back up and running in 30. The customer service with Trails West Tractors is second to none!

They are wonderful! I recently purchased a new LS tractor with scraper and backhoe attachment, they delivered it to my property and the driver Z was awesome and showed me how to operate the new tractor and remove the backhoe and attach the scraper.

The sales experience was outstanding. Got a quality TYM, delivered. Scott went over the entire rig when he delivered it. We immediately put it to work. Service after the sale has been excellent!!! Had a issue with the three point and Scott once again shined. Got everything fixed under warranty, and even went the extra mile to go through the whole rig while it was in his shop. Fixed everything that needed attention, and it didn't cost us a dime. Highly recommended.
