Fantastic restaurant find while on holiday in New York. The menu has lots of variety and has great gluten free options also. The portion sizes were also great value. Deserts were also delicious. It’s a 2 minute walk from the charging bull statue and very close to the boat terminal to see the Statue of Liberty. Highly recommend.

Great Mexican spot in the Financial District! The prickly pear frozen margarita was really good and the elote corn as well for starters. The food came out great as well from the steak burrito bowl, chicken burrito, birria torta, steak quesadillas and surf and turf burrito. Excellent service as well. Staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend this place !

Came here with my wife on a Friday night and tried the raspberry margarita, classic margarita, Selena cocktail, along with chips, guac, and salsa. Portions were great, the service was super friendly, and the music was amazing. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a good time with great vibes.

Food is amazing. I got the Steak quasadilla and spicy queso fries. Highly recommend both. The mojito was also phenomenal. 3 stars on atmosphere only because of a young lady that was shouting for her entire conversation.

Today is my 1st day in New york and my cousin told us that we had to go to aToro Loco, Jessica was our hostess/ waiter. I didn't know what drink to get and I told her what I liked and she suggested the Selena and she got it spot on, it was so delicious. She was sweet and patient and had great customer service definitely a great way to start my adventure here in NYC Thank you Jessica 😊

This is the BEST mexican food I have ever had! It's a small place, and I decided I would try. Best decision ever! The manager was AMAZING! Great food, great employees, great manager. If you ever get the chance, you need to eat here! You will not be disappointed! If I could give more stars I would!!!

First time coming to Toro Loco! We’re from Philly and they were very welcoming and friendly! I had the chimichanga and it was AMAZING! Our server was very attentive would definitely recommend to anyone new around this area or visiting!

Just got back from Tulum trip and decided to find a Mexican place near by.
Wow! So impressed with this place. The food is delicious, the service is great, nice Spanish music and cheerful ambiance.
I got a birria torta sandwich, guacamole and frozen margarita.
