Staff was so helpful, when I couldn't find something. They took me right to it. Check out was easy and helpful. So nice they still do the old school, where there is someone at check out and someone to help bag. Keep it up Tops!!!

Just stopped in to use restroom. Had to pee. In my brief visit, seen 2 cashiers on their phones not paying attention to anyone.
The restroom was nice. Very clean. Conveniently located right in the front of the store. Hand soap dispenser was missing. But they did put a bottle of hand soap on the counter. So that was nice.

Being on a budget helps with their 5 for 25.00. However it's not their priority to keep it filled. I'm always having to come back 3 to 4 times. Very annoying. Same with Batavia location. I drive here then, Make the trip to Batavia and usually get pissed due to no selection.

Update: after remodeling, the water snakes are worse. 🙁

This is not the best Tops in the area. It's small, so selection is limited; bulk, organic, and international foods are noticeably so. I also get nervous at the number of water snakes on the floor in the frozen section. Still, we stop here because it's convenient and most of our grocery needs can be filled.

Store manager “Sharon” was very unprofessional and told my grandfather that he could not use the electric ride cart. He just got out of serious surgery. Very disappointed in this tops so to say “manager Sharon”….

Amazing experience. Someone paid for the 2 dollars we didn't have after we were done shopping. I'm from WA, and have never been in a TOPS before. It was genuinely amazing. Lots of cool stuff. Reminded me of home in my home town. Small, quaint but with everything you could ever need.

Everything is overpriced and half the stuff you have to be careful to check the date because they’ll overcharge you for an outdated item. On top of that it smells like cigarettes bad right at the door and some people have lung problems.
